Exercises

  • Grounding exercise: Name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
  • Neck stretch: Gently tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
  • Box breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, then repeat.
